Lost or Stolen Packages Policy  
The Golden Knot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 
If your package is missing, please: 
● Check with neighbors
 
● Contact your local post office
 
● File a claim with the carrier
 
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. 
 
Exchange Policy 
Due to limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. 
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the
original item to avoid it selling out. 


Local Pickup Policy 

Customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup with address . 
● Orders must be picked up within 14 days.
 
● Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.
 
● Items not picked up within the timeframe may be returned to inventory.
